I'm 5'8", weigh about 120 pounds, have a pear body (34" chest, 37" hips). I am also an active elderly person! The jacket is the perfect size for me. It hugs the hips a little, but not tight. I can easily wear a top under a jacket, but not a thick sweater. The blue color is very beautiful. Hope this review helps you!
