Good value for money. Has worked on every suspected capacitor. Why change the refrigerator, fan, blower or any other device when the condenser has burned out? It's great for the DIYer! However, when I was in China, they had a very cool analog version without a battery that I found on the street. You would wind it up and push the button. The cost is $1. I wish I had bought two dozen instead of two. I ended up giving these two parts to other engineers in the States, I want them to come back. They're cheap enough for your testing needs, and they work great! Highly recommended.
