I like that it's intuitive to use as well as easy enough to customize at any level of detail.

It has some really cool features where you can drag items from one board into another without needing to copy or paste them first; this helps keep things simple when adding new cards/items but also allows more complex workflows if needed later down the road. We're using elyaan primarily in our scrum team environment so we've been able to easily track tasks with specific sprints attached etc., however there are other ways they could be used (such as just tracking general project-level issues), I'm sure this would vary by business needs! The benefits include being very flexible about how much information goes onto each card - sometimes all we need is a title / summary and nothing else, while others require larger blocks of text. This lets us set up boards according to what makes sense most effectively rather than having everyone create their own system out of.
