Perfect fit, very easy to install. Remove the 4 screws from the 4 corners of the card (circled in red in the photo) and the fan assembly comes out. Be sure to disconnect the 4-pin connector. Once free, screw each fan through the blades with a small screwdriver. Install an identical new fan with the same blade orientation/direction. Carefully remove the wires from their sockets in the frame. Run one fan at a time to make locating the wiring harness easier. YES YOU WANT TO REPLACE BOTH FANS IF YOU THINK ONLY ONE IS BAD - THEY ARE BOTH. You won't hear a quieter fan until you've replaced the loud one that failed, and then you'll regret not replacing both! That's way better than the gigabytes of a 3 week RMA that will end up sending you the same fans that failed.
