It can be a great product, but if you're not technically inclined.

This may be a great product but if you are not tech savvy this is going to be a real challenge. It came in a box with no installation instructions, I had a hard time finding specific user information for this model on their website. They offer a cloud-based tool called Incontrol. After registering the device I tried to register with Inconrtol and after 4 attempts to get the system to send me an authentication email I refused. I have an AT&T SIM card and I can log into the device and get online, but it's incredibly slow. I get the best results when I use my phone as a hotspot. I'm not a technically trained person but I follow the instructions very successfully, unfortunately there aren't any and what I can find online is written for technicians. So if you don't have an acronym directory, don't worry. In addition, there is no possibility of telephone support anywhere, not even for a fee. I understand my limitations and it might be great for others, but for me it was a very time consuming and frustrating experience.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Somewhat crumpled
