If you have high insteps like me these house shoes are not for you. With each step I took, the shoes would painfully push down on my insteps. It was like a sharp pain would cut across my feet. These shoes also have very high arches which I guess is supposed to be great for people who have low arches, but I personally hated that. It also cause pain in my arches every time I planted my feet. Overall, I would say these are house shoes for someone with high arches and low insteps. It will be comfortable for these individuals. And for everyone else, I wouldn't get them at all because you will constantly be in pain.
