I wanted a good collection of skewers to grill teriyaki marinated chicken breast cubes and shrimp. I figured if the food was on a skewer it wouldn't fall through the grate into the fire. So I'm fed up with all three skewers. I like the skewers with two prongs and wooden handles best. On the other two, the handle gets hot and the food slides off the skewers too easily. That was a problem when I was cooking. Double skewers with wooden handles were the BEST. Food stays put and the handle is made of wood so it doesn't get hot. You just have to keep the wooden handles on the side of the grill and away from the flame to avoid burning. I was VERY happy with this purchase.
