Review on Interconnect Lithium Battery Powered Kidde Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector with Voice Alert - Combination Smoke & CO Alarm by Ray Adair

We received this product on 2/12/20 and it stopped working after a month. The battery life is said to be 10. We contacted the company and they first replied how to reset it. We did as they said and the battery said "replace smoke alarm". So much for a 10 year old lithium battery. I have since sent them another email and they have not yet responded. I asked for a replacement smoke alarm. I'll change my rating if they get away with it. It was a $50 item, I was expecting a much better product. Very disappointed. We are finally contacted and they send us a new one. Many Thanks. We probably just got a defective one.
