Review on 🔑 Dorman 99161 Keyless Entry Transmitter Replacement for Chevrolet / GMC Models (OE FIX) by Dexter Diaz

I gave it three stars simply because it doesn't tell you you can't use it if your truck doesn't have keyless entry from the factory. I bought it for a 2011 Silverado WT and couldn't install it. I contacted Dorman and the person who helped me looked up my VIN number. He told me it wouldn't work because my truck wasn't equipped with factory key fobs. If there was a disclaimer or something to mention in the instructions or item description I would try to check it out first! Sorry Dorman! I have used many of their products but it really annoyed me. I'm sure it works great on vehicles you can use it on!
