Customer Service at Tenozek Disappoints Me

I had high hopes for Tenozek's products at first, but my interactions with their customer support have left me feeling let down. The Tenozek Bluetooth speaker I purchased was incomplete upon arrival. I contacted customer support right away, but I had to wait several days for a reply. When they did eventually respond, it was with an answer that was more confusing than useful. I was able to get a replacement component sent to me after a lot of back-and-forth emailing, but it was more trouble than it was worth. I didn't feel like Tenozek's customer support team cared about fixing the problem or was willing to go out of their way to do so. While the quality of the product itself was satisfactory, my unpleasant interaction with their customer support has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I doubt that I will ever place another purchase with Tenozek.
