I have a cat who suddenly loves to urinate on my couch. We took him to the vet and he came back clean so there is no medical reason. He's just an idiot. :-/ Anyway, we bought them to put on sofas when we're not around to see them. Our sofas are both lazy and fit well with plenty of space. They worked wonders to keep him from peeing on her and also gave my husband and I many funny moments as he slid and slid all over her as he climbed onto the couch. So far they have put up with my dog and cats jumping around and we sat down shortly after. I won't say these are the prettiest or most comfortable covers or I wouldn't wear them when we have guests, but they serve a purpose. I also don't think they will last forever and hope to find another solution before they wear out as plastic is bad for the environment. All in all I would recommend them as a temporary solution.
