Shell Won't Snap

Everything is fine. I like the travel brush holder. I use a mug but FYI it doesn't have the option to attach a lid to it. I find it odd when it gets knocked over, which is what happened the first time I used it and everything on that shelf in my first aid kit got wet. A zipper is a must.
