Easy to use. Mine came with 3 metal votives, not the plastic ones pictured (I don't care, although I cut myself on the votive; I should probably sand the edges so I don't do it again). A pound of cereal made 4 very full 4 ounce stein glass candles and about 2/3 the vow. The instructions were in French and English. I used clothespins over the votive molds and mason jars to keep the wick upright and centered. Now we light stein glass candles and they work great and look very clean.
