I use the headphones while rowing and was disappointed that they didn't stay in. This solved the problem. They are comfortable and stay put. The sound quality is okay. I use them to listen to books, not music, that's all. The battery life seems to be good. I bet runners will love it too. I'm having trouble activating the multifunction button for start/stop and volume control when connected to my MacBook. When I connected to my Android phone, the MFB controls worked as expected. Unpairing the Macbook and re-pairing did the trick, although the controls between touch and action seem to have a large lag. I can live with it
