Save Time and Energy - DO NOT buy this vacuum cleaner. We rarely used it and somehow it melted into two brushes after only using it about 20 times. The second brush took a 10 minute vacuum session! Don't even let me start the repair process the first time (just to buy a new brush). You have to take the vacuum to the Dirty Devils supplier (they provide you with an outdated map) and most locations on the map have no idea what you are talking about when you ask about the Dirty Devils guarantee. Once you finally find a stain, they'll spend ages fixing it and telling you it's your fault it's burning through your brushes.
