Work at the hardware store and use up a case of grease a day, that thing is garbage, don't fill a new tube of grease without knocking it over, you lose the grease charge, so you tap again, the tip leaks. Bought one of the port freights for $8 which works better and lasts longer. UPDATE customer service is great. Shortly after the first review I was contacted and a replacement sent. The replacement showed up with a cosmetic issue that didn't affect performance in any way. I sent a photo to let them know and they sent me another replacement. I would recommend and recommend this company to others.
