I bought this for my parrots. I thought attaching a perch to a feeder would be a cool idea BUT the included cups were about 4 inches top to bottom (if not more) and my little bird would fall before he could get any food. . This isn't the standard stainless steel cookware you typically see in bird cages. They have a good width but are too tall from top to bottom. I don't think my cockatiels would eat them because their heads would fall on their chests. So if you have a BIG bird you will be fine. But who has a little bird, be careful.
