I'm tired of putting down the torch and accidentally unscrewing a few centimeters - a few meters of wire when you inevitably pull the trigger. It's great for me when I'm doing structural bodywork. The magnet is strong (stays in place at a 90* angle, with the entire length of the spray cable weighing it down) but is still easy to remove and reposition when working on/around the vehicle. Good design and the weld points that hold it together are of good quality if a bit long (just need to clean or replace the contact tips with their RSW). A small aesthetic flaw to note: the holder itself is made of galvanized steel, while the base appears to be chrome-plated. I went ahead and painted both of them black, so that's no longer a problem for me. Let's see how the paint holds up over time on the chrome base.
