It is not as user friendly as other systems I have used but if that is what you are looking for this is a great option. You can do everything from searching the database to applying via the web interface. Really any time to process with this program it saves us hours of time! Just streamlining business operations, making more efficient for everyone from clients to employees. It has also helped us find better ways to utilize our staff by using their time more effectively. I like everything about the SmarterSelect service. It's been a huge help in streamlining our hiring process. I also like the ability to filter through candidates based on a variety of criteria. The only thing I wish was different was the ability to search for a specific candidate by name. I have also found that the team is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. The system has cut down on time spent on the job by over 50%. It's also been helpful to be able to search for a candidate by name.
