Holes, rust and discoloration

The condition of the tools was not acceptable. The tools should be new but some of them look used, could this be due to shipping from the factory? I was not happy with the notches as shown in the video. The knife is a pair knife you can buy at Walmart for a dollar, so nothing special. Also, why would you put protective film on some tools and not all? I would not recommend buying this product.
