bigger than you think but also smaller

The belt is larger than I expected but doesn't expand to a fully usable size if that makes sense. I put it on the back of my CMX250C and it was pretty loose. When I tried to gain some weight (two jackets wrapped around one shoe) it reached its limit. I was hoping to fit a few groceries or twelve packs for quick trips to the supermarket, but it's not really an option with its limited stretch. The product just seems ok.
