The fan is excellent, quiet, works as it should. But on sale control from the phone. The software is absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Have already sent money for an electrician, otherwise I would have sent it back. First, the instructions are so confusing that it's impossible to follow them. (and I'm quite experienced test). Finally, after an hour of frustration, I gave up, waited an hour of work, and called tech support. Well done, very helpful. The show ran me through (highly idiotic - it wants to be the main network, not your home network!) instructions and we got it working. (It took time, had to reset circuit breakers, etc.) Set a schedule (I wanted it to run all day and turn off at night - easy as pie). After a very short time it hung again and again, the fan was not working. After going through what she had me make a few times I gave up and at least it works by hand. The software takes over your network! You have to say that this is a network and your network is powered by it. But it doesn't, and eventually your home network goes down. The software is complete crap.
