Looks good, but even after professional training and finishing it doesn't work as advertised. Ordinary school chalk (not a chalk marker) will NOT wash off with a dry cloth or eraser. I had to use a wet rag which after several uses started peeling the paint off. This was unfortunate because I framed it with an 8' x 14' wall. It either had to be sanded, primed and painted over, or an expensive panel had to be purchased. The project cost me an additional $587 to replace the paint with an actual chalkboard. Maybe it's ok for smaller projects where the wet rag wears out and just repainting, but for any serious job or one that actually requires you to do the laundry, it sucks.
