Yes, you can easily add a second clip without cutting or sewing the straps!

I bought these straps to replace worn straps on my bimini top. Buying replacement bands identical to the old ones would cost me $50 so I went with these cheaper bands instead. These straps are good quality and perfect for my intended application. When I first received the straps, I wasn't immediately sure how to connect the second clamp. After some thought, I was able to identify two possible ways to connect the second set of clips without having to cut or re-sew the webbing. second clip and thread the strap back into the buckle. The result is a strap that is adjustable from a minimum of 4 inches to a maximum length of 32 inches. Configuration 2 The strap does not have to be removed from the buckle. Simply thread the end of the strap through the second clip and thread the clip through the sewn loop to attach to the end of the belt (see photo). The result is a harness that is adjustable from a minimum length of 36 inches to a maximum length of 64 inches. I hope this information helps others visualize and understand how to connect the second set of clips.
