Perfect fit for my 500 2004
It was great. I don't have to take my foot off the gas as I just laid the quad on its side a bit. The only problem I found was that the actual rotary valve came out farther than the original. note a lot, but a little more.

- Installation Attention - This fuel valve has a reserve function. There is a small hose inside the spare tire valve screen, which is located above the bottom of the gas tank. If you turn the fuel tap ON while driving and you run out of gas, all you have to do is switch to PEC.
