Hot residue in welding equipment

Received yesterday, tried it today, immediately threw it in the bin. Without a ton of gas flow, this wouldn't even protect the tungsten from oxidation, let alone the weld. The cup does not fit properly, it feels like it will fall off by itself. The only advantage is the diffuser. When I went back to ceramic mug #8 it worked. Other kits I've seen have a large o-ring pad that allows you to use two o-rings. It uses the same diffuser as other gas lens kits. Maybe that's the difference. But don't waste your money on this in my opinion.
