It took a while but in the end I was happy with the shelf
The shelf is exactly what I was looking for to wall mount the Blu-ray player under the TV. Mounting was another matter. I had to replace my first one because I just couldn't get the small mount screws into the mount. It seemed to me that the holes were not punched. I received the replacement quickly and had trouble putting the screws back on, but after working on it for a while I was finally able to put it all together. Perhaps the problem was in the color on the threads. I'm not sure.
