Lightweight and well made, holds up well on Garmin and is reasonably priced.

The engagement/hold on my Garmin was 100% the same as my stock handlebar mount. The visual and tactile build quality is top-notch for such an affordable device (the K-Edge mount it's modeled on costs three times as much). The weight of the aluminum cap, plastic insert and 2 small CS screws that hold them together is 9g versus 11g for the carbon fiber top cap and Garmin OEM mount they replace. Those who want to keep it light should replace the stock low-grade steel screw that comes with the unit with an M5 CS alloy screw, but for those who don't care, the stock hardware works just fine. if i have durability issues with a plastic locking insert but the manufacturer. It came with a second interchangeable liner so I was impressed with the colour!

Pros
  • Manufactured from lightweight and durable aluminum alloy.
Cons
  • Requires Socket
