The best feature is being able to collect items from around your institution easily! I love that you have access across all platforms for collecting content. Honestly there isn't anything i dislike about it at this point but if something did come up then we would contact support right away!! You should give it a try because its really easy to use especially with how much help they offer in case of any issues or questions along the way as well as having so many different options available depending on what platform you are using. We recently used A-Archive during our summer intern program where students worked together designing an archival display of museum objects through social media sites such as Instagram and Pinterest.
