Review on Precision in Your Hands: Astro 218 8 Inch Pencil Grinder Unveiled! by Alex Solano

Great little tool, fits power tools

I ordered this after not being able to find my old Dremel tool. I ordered this tool along with a cheap pack of 100 polishing tips. I've used it on various projects since then and so far so good. Inexpensive branded bits. Very smooth operation and much easier to control than my old Dremel. Another thing is the plastic tube that comes with the air line, slip it onto the end of the tool and you have a nice little muffler. !I lubricate the tool well every time I use it and this is especially important as I want it to break in well. I've seen a few different options as well, but I've had great luck with the Astro with some other air tools. that cost a few euros more. Now as to how much air this will use, the line seems pretty small so I think it will be easy with a smaller tank. My 60 gallon second stage barely notices, just starts a couple of times. surprised it even worked a second time. Basically I'm satisfied! Better than Dremel and I have one more tool to justify the cost of my air compressor!
