Overview: ** WORKSITE cordless angle grinder, 4-pole motor, 4-1/2" cordless grinder with 4.0 A battery and quick charger, 3-way adjustable auxiliary handle, cutting discs, roughing and Serrated lock washers **Advantage: very nice design, not a flimsy lightweight that seems to break on first use High capacity 4Ah battery (and charger) included for long run time The battery has a charge level It has an indicator light to let you can't guess remaining lifespan Handle easily attaches to one of the 3 screw locations or slides Discs appear to be of decent quality Comes with a handy carry case that fits everything in the side (with one caveat - see decent but it turns off if you apply a lot of pressure while cutting or sanding (it resets and lets it activate again after a few seconds) - The case is very handy, abe The handle and battery must be removed for the tool to fit. (However, everything fits in there, including the charger, if you arrange things properly.) Bottom line: I wanted the cordless angle grinder that could be used for a variety of tasks on the 6-acre yard we clean and on this job site so far the unit has worked great getting the generator out for this was a big hassle. I have used this grinder before to cut some really thick (3/4 inch) rusty bolts protruding from the concrete slabs and always have the unit still knocked out elk only once after getting too aggressive and applying too much pressure. After turning it off and waiting a few seconds, I turned it back on and finished the cut. It may be a little slower than my Porter Cable angle grinder, but not by much. The battery and charger are included so I don't have to search for anything when I need to use it. The 4Ah battery has enough power to handle a decent size or many small cutting tasks. durable in use without worrying about it breaking or not having enough weight to survive a tough cut. It won't replace my corded grinder for all tasks, but certainly one to take over for some chopping. task or whenever I need a coffee grinder somewhere where electricity is not readily available.
