This is a fantastic kayak holder. I have an Isuzu Rodeo with a factory fitted roof rack and a 9.5 foot Potomac recreational kayak (Dicks sells them for [.]). The cross braces are slightly bent, so if I were to buy Thule or any other brand I would have to buy transducer mounts. But this rack is perfect for the big boys price. The padding on the stand is great and the straps are perfect for the job. The kayak was very secure and didn't move at all. The only change I made was that instead of the rope and hooks that came for the front and back of the kayak, I bought 2 flat 4ft bungees. They secure the front and back of the kayak much better and faster than the ropes that come with it. Overall, I highly recommend this kayak holder.
