The fact that you can wash it in the dishwasher is a big plus and it washes great and looks lovely

I've used it twice on a 20lb turkey and occasionally on a turkey breast. I was concerned because I'm roasting a turkey at 500 degrees for 30 minutes and the grate is on the bottom shelf just above the stove. There was no silicone degradation, bad aftertaste, or anything to worry about. The fact that you can wash it in the dishwasher is a big plus, it washes great and looks beautiful.
