Review on CCiYu 2X Keyless Entry Remote Control Car Key Fob 3 Buttons Replacement for Mazda, Lincoln, Mercury, Ford (98-16) by Matt Weber

Blank key and fob are supplied as separate items with no instructions. Here are the shortcomings I've found: 1) Although the key blank is correct, once installed in the key fob, it doesn't physically fit between the "ears" of my factory ignition. There is no possible solution or workaround as the key does not go into the ignition. 2) There are some very small pieces of plastic that I believe are used to lock the key blank in the key fob. The lack of instructions left me and two locksmith workers at a loss as to how to insert the shank into the key fob. We gave up when we realized the key still didn't fit in the ignition. 3) Because I'm pretty good with computers; I can figure out how to program a new key fob for my truck, but be aware that if you buy a third party you will need to find procedures to program the key fob on the vehicle.
