On all of my other moka pots i put the heat on high for a few minutes to get the water hotter quicker then I'll turn it down to medium low and let the water slowly percolate through the grounds giving me a nice Rich espresso like cup of coffee. With this piece of trash you have to leave the burner on full blast to even get the water to percolate and when it does it shoots through the grounds so fast you get a watered down cup of day old dog water. Glad it was only 20 bucks. Don't buy it.
