So many ways and benefits with great functionality
The ability for all staff in our organization (including sub-contractors) access this system easily from any device at anytime anywhere has been key! We can see what's going where when we are not there physically as well which helps us keep up to date during business hours or even after normal work days/hours have ended if needed by some people who aren't always available via phone etc., It also makes it easier than ever before now being able to log out of my computer remotely without having an internet connection would be amazing but I guess you could say "it ain't gonna happen" lol :).
No dislike yet however am hoping no issues arise due too its use once again while away so far nothing really comes into mind other then ease of logging back onto your PC using another method should something go wrong such wifi dropping etc..
- Has allowed me, along with many others around here; easy remote login capabilities
- Allows user(s), admin & administrators alike quick view / control over anything happening within facility
- Easy navigation throughout portal site lotsa information readily accessible quickly through clickers rather than navigating multiple webpages individually.
- Ability make changes directly thru application interface instead requiring assistance outside website environment
- Some difficulties
