The case itself is pretty solid. I've knocked my phone off a table before and it wasn't damaged. The cover has done its job. The reason I rate it so low is that the back of the case sticks to the phone making it look like it's wet and there's water in it. It's pretty ugly and the reason I always wear a clear case is so I can see the phone. I will probably look for a new case for this reason. But as far as the case goes and does its job, it does it well. Edit: The seller contacted me and offered a refund. Excellent customer service. I didn't expect the seller to do this as I didn't contact him. +1 star
