Robust basic design principles and three main parts - pivot plate, mounting base and jack - fit comfortably and perform (ultimately) as advertised. However, getting there is NOT fun! The nuts are not the same size as the screw heads?! Screws made of steel so soft that the heads of three out of four break off during installation and have to be removed with a vise (not included)?! Oh, and why did I have to file two of the four roller shafts to accept the nuts?! Give me a break! The installation, which was supposed to take a maximum of an hour, lasted until noon. GRRR! Am I glad they are installed? Yes, they work the way they're supposed to, and that means a lot. Would I buy them again? Yes, but I would order American or German plugs at the same time. Oh, did I mention the installation instructions are packaged under a piece of cardboard underneath all the parts/pieces? You'll find them (like me) when you open the box to recycle.
