Perfect replacement for the defective limit switch in the Igloo tabletop ice maker. The original limit switch contacts and the spring mechanism are broken. That little limit switch seems stronger and I expect it to last a lot longer. It is better built and engineered than the manufacturer's original equipment. Of the many times I've repaired countertop ice machines, this was the first time I've had to replace a limit switch. When this limit switch failed, it caused the motor to over-rev and over-rev, breaking the ice basket shaft. With this quality limit switch built in, I should no longer have this problem unless the opposite limit switch fails. I will buy this switch again if I ever use up the remaining four that came in the kit. Thank you for providing a good product.
