We got 2 of these adapters for our two Google TV Chromecasts. We also connected them to a stronger power supply just in case. They hit the pants from the previous ones we've tried, which kept the ethernet and SD card slot turned off. The Ethernet connection (wired) is reliable and fast. The SD card slot allowed us to expand the app storage space on our device. Because of the 4 GB of storage space that our CCwGTV always gives us, we no longer face the "insufficient storage space" problem. I booted the SD card from the ROM, plugged in the USB controller and now I can play roms and emulators with no bluetooth lag. We also set up the webcam and can now use our TV to video call friends and family.
