Review on 🚿 Delta Faucet R10000-PXWS: Compact and Efficient at 4.88 x 5.06 x 4.88 Inches by Marco Gavi

Temperature control is so limited that you either have to turn the water heater down to the minimum or, like us, turn it all the way down. As others have complained, the temperature controller is a flimsy plastic POS. I expect it will break before the faucet needs replacing. The hardware is high quality chrome but the shower head is pretty ugly. The current is weak, although the pressure in the house is very good. The hose is hard. The handheld falls out easily and has a weak flow. Exhaust fumes are the worst. It has that pungent, oily chemical plastic smell. My overpriced brand new bathroom smells horribly and the door needs to stay closed. I'll give him a few more weeks, then I'll have to replace him. The screws that came with the fairing look like they were found in a jar in the garage. No shiny chrome like the rest of the metal. The handle you lift to activate the shower reveals a sticky piece of plastic. I've never seen anything like this. My plumber complained that the Delta was always more difficult to install than the Moen. This is how it ends up looking good from a distance. This is a more luxurious scale than contractor stuff. It will probably take a long time. But really not worth the price.
