It was only a week after that my monitor and computer weren't connecting as if it didn't recognize the cable. (A few weeks later) I received an email from Plugable Technologies saying I wanted a new cable to replace the broken one. So of course I said yes, and it's been ONE week and the new cable hasn't held up. The problem this time is that every time I turn the computer off and back on, I literally have to unplug and plug the cable back in to get my screen to appear. So when the screen turns on it is completely white and bright. Reason so I need to readjust the color settings. Remember, I have to do this every time I turn the computer off and on again. Thanks to Plugable Technologies for sending me a new cable, but obviously your cable is not for me.
