Looks like a well made collar. I hope the electronics hold up. The middle collar should be 20 inches long at maximum stretch. He is only 19 inches tall. 20 inch is better for my dog. TBD if it's too tight. Update: I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars. The collar still fits my 19 inch dog well. Although the collar fabric and buckle are pink, I would describe the LED lighting as red rather than pink. Personally, I agree. I will update this review again if the collar has LED lighting will go out in the future.
