These balls are great when trying to measure direction and distance, but don't plan on using them for too long when practicing with a driver. However, they work well with medium and short irons. I like to use styrofoam balls with drivers because they stick well and then I throw one out every now and then to get a better sense of distance and spin. But after about a dozen hits from the driver, they dented and later tore at the seam. I bought cheaper and more expensive balls to see if there was a difference and found it was the same ball in a different packaging. Made in China, of course. If you buy them, take the cheaper ones. They are all the same. They cover 50 to 150 feet depending on the club. You need a lot of space to use them.
