I bought the drug and just before using it I noticed that the white spots were only on the top of each fish. I looked closer and knew it. The stains came from this pad. Yes, I washed them thoroughly. The dust may or may not be harmful, I have no idea, but I don't know how to bathe fish so I'm running out of options anyway. a seal that didn't help, and dust like a blizzard. I threw the rest away. Lesson learned.
