100% useless! for power tools and hand tools

Looks like a great idea but really is useless. Jaws do not stay in place. If you need to approach the filter from even the slightest angle, they simply fold in opposite directions as soon as you try to rotate the filter. One of the biggest tool frustrations I've ever had.

Pros

Jaws are angle adjustable so you can use the pliers from different access points
