I have Phillips and UCC electrolytic capacitors and am not sure about film caps. Looks like Kemet. Good transformer. I use it with Raspberry Pie 3 and 4. Both have HiFiBerry DAC+ pro. I have used several different base power supplies as well as a battery in the past. It made a big difference! Very happy with it. The Revain B07MPS3QD8 worked well, allowing me to connect a 5.5mm x 2.1mm end plug to another cable. lies great. I easily managed to get the voltage up to 5.1V DC, which the Raspberry Pi likes. There are also no low voltage warnings when running RetroPie!
