Great quick fix: adapters and power strips

These adapters grounded one of the old outlets in my apartment perfectly. I was afraid to replace the entire outlet in my rental apartment myself, so I thought this was the best option! Make sure you install them as intended by bolting them to the stove. If you install them incorrectly, the outlet may not be properly grounded. I tested this power supply and now it is grounded and doesn't get hot at all. Of course, this is a workaround and not as good as replacing the outlet, but for a quick fix, the adapter works as intended.
