Very disappointing.
I read the reviews before purchasing this product and there were so few poor reviews that I thought it was a fluke. Well, bummer, I also had the entire thing fall apart. The blades fell off. True it's beautiful but not functional, what's the use of a beautiful tool if it doesn't work.
