I used to hate using a garlic press. It turns out I just didn't have a good garlic press. I bought this one and it has made all the difference. It is strong and sturdy, so it easily minces garlic and I don't have to peel the garlic first. I also like that it will slice garlic too. It is also easy to clean. It came in a beautiful box, so it would make a great gift for a cook or for a bridal registry.

The first sign of quality is seen in the box the garlic press comes in. It is wonderfully displayed in a sturdy quality box. I think I am going to keep it stored thee as well. The garlic press was a lovely weight when I picked it up and fit really well in my hand. Most exciting though was actually using it. This garlic press comes packed in a real nice box. The problem is that is the only good thing about it. I had a lot of garlic to process and it broke during the pressing of only the third clove! A rivet broke of the hinge, making this garlic press useless. Once the whole thing fell apart, I noticed the hinge bar itself was noticeably bent. My star reviews may seem ambiguous. many of us seem to be having the same problem with that plate coming off, however, even three months later, I received an immediate response to my email and a no-hassle replacement from the company, as their product has a lifetime warranty. The material and slicer in this product far exceeds any press i’ve ever owned. i hope they figure out a way to correct the issue of the plate detaching.

Wow is all I can say about this product. I ordered several items from Cestari, and this was one of them. I was extremely impressed with the weight and quality of the press! Also, the packaging was beautiful and really well thought out IMO. I ordered this specifically because my old press that I bought at my grocery store broke about 6 months after using it. I have a feeling that with the quality of this press, I will be giving it to my kids one day.

This is THE BEST garlic press EVER! I love it! I have weak wrists and there is NO PROBLEM in using this at all! It is high quality and I love how it is "all in one" with the slicer, the crusher, AND the cleaning tool. =). I LOVE GARLIC and now we will be having garlicky-flavored meals more often! Very happy with this dynamo of a garlic press. I have owned others, and they are not even close to this hardworking press. Sleek design makes it easy to handle, with just enough weight to do the work for you of slicing or mincing the cloves, skin and all! Easily switch back and forth between slicing and mincing. I used this press a handful of times and the hinge rivet broke. It's 8/29 and the return window was July. Of course. So that's about $6.66 a month. You can do better.

I chose this garlic press because of its beautiful design; however, there is a plastic piece that broke making it unusable. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service, they sent an apologetic email and replaced the entire product!

This is the best garlic press that I have ever owned! If you're looking for a heavy duty high quality garlic press and slicer look no further. They even thought enough to add a handy cleaning tool built into the handle.

I only had mine for a year with very limited use and it broke. Like the other reviewers, the garlic press portion fell off. There's no contact information to contact customer service so even if Cestari provides a lifetime warranty, you can't make a claim for it. Definitely stay away from this product and this Seller.

Product seemed sturdy - we bought it because we use garlic a lot in cooking and baking - however the craftmanship is not as hoped. After about two dozen uses, the platform that presses into the mincer broke off from the arm. Apparently it is saudered onto two small brads on the arm. This construction is not adequately strong and now the entire piece is unusable. Save your money!

I just recieved this this heavy duty garlic peeler. I put it to the test in my kitchen and it passed with flying colors. It does more then peal garlic. It slices the garlic and presses the garlic. It also comes with a attachment that allows for easy cleaning of the holes in the press. If your looking for a garlic peeler this is the one!Thanks for a quality product

I like that this garlic press allows me to both press and chop garlic. This was one of the things that attracted me to it when I saw the item description. It's a very well made product of stainless steel and hefty in the hand in a very good way.

The look of this press was nice, seemed like a nice well priced piece. Worked ok for awhile, not easy to clean. The biggest problem is the plastic insert with the blades. The plastic became misaligned, and broke off from the press rod, and I was constantly putting it back in place. Finally the plastic piece broke, and the blades all came out. Waste of $20. Don't buy this.

This garlic press impressed me to say the least. Came in a nice fitted box, heavy, durable and garlic doesnt stand a chance with it. Couldnt be happier with it.

I read the reviews before purchasing this product and there were so few poor reviews that I thought it was a fluke. Well, bummer, I also had the entire thing fall apart. The blades fell off. True it's beautiful but not functional, what's the use of a beautiful tool if it doesn't work.

Does not work at all. Very ineffective in mincing the clove and leaves behind a whole lot of garlic. Waste of money. Thanks for attention!

The piece that presses down on the garlic fell off randomly. This thing was $20, so I expected it to last forever. That's my feedback!
